Sony FX3 Cinema Camera

The Sony FX3 is a member of Sony's Cinema Line — cameras engineered exclusively for cinematic production rather than hybrid stills-and-video use. Its full-metal side-grip chassis, front and rear tally lamps, and included XLR audio handle make it a self-contained professional tool ready for documentary, narrative short film, commercial, and music video work.

At the core sits a full-frame 12.1MP back-illuminated sensor with two native ISO points: 80 and 12,800. The high native ISO unlocks genuinely clean footage in candlelit interiors, night exteriors, and any scenario where you'd normally be fighting noise.

The FX3 shoots 4K at up to 120 frames per second — enabling 5× slow-motion without any resolution crop. Combined with S-Log3 (15+ stops of latitude) and Sony's S-Cinetone LUT, colourists have tremendous flexibility in post. The built-in active cooling means you can record indefinitely without overheating.

This rental includes two batteries, the XLR handle, two CFexpress Type A cards, a card reader, HDMI cable, and a Pelican 1510 carry-on case. All items are tested and cleaned before dispatch.
